Rates, Fees, and Booking Trips

Inshore fishing

Rates for up to 3 anglers for 4 hours charter

$375

Add $50 for 1 more additional angler

Rates for up to 3 anglers for 6 hours

$500

Add $50 for 1 more additional angler

***special discounts for kids under 12

Please contact me for details on family packages.  I love teaching kids about the area and fishing.  I really enjoy family excursions.

Sightseeing/ecotours/Birdwatching

Rates for up to a maximum of 6 people with minimum 2 hrs required.

$125/hr

Hourly rate is for the boat for a maximum length of 4 hours.  2 hr trips will concentrate on southern tip of Cumberland Island, GA, northern tip of Amelia Island, and Cumberland Sound. Longer trips will allow a slower pace and more area covered. 

Gratiuty is not included in the above prices

Booking a reservation requires $100.00 for the trip at the time reservations are made to secure a date. All deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels anytime before 7 days of the scheduled charter trip. Any cancellation by the customer within 7 days of the scheduled charter trip will forfeit the paid deposit fees. The captain reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a charter trip due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions.

Weather cancellations

In the event that I have to cancel the scheduled charter trip due to inclement weather/conditions, I will do my best to reschedule the trip for an acceptable time for the customer. If this cannot be done without a scheduling conflict, the deposit is fully refundable.  My goal is for you to safely have a great time w/ good lasting memories of your excursion.  I evaluate all of the environmental variables for any given day & make a "go or no go" decision based on that data.

Families and children encouraged! The vessel has a portable toilet onboard.

Items Guests need to bring with them:

  • Camera
  • Sunglasses
  • Hat/visor
  • Shoes with light-colored, non-marking  soles
  • Sunscreen (No spray-on sunscreen as it damages deck surfaces and cushions)
  • Bug repellent 
  • Snacks/sandwiches
  • Sodas/nonalcoholic beverages may be stored in iced cooler
  • Light jacket or long sleeve shirt for those times when there is a cool breeze on the water

  • Emergency medical kit

GA Child Life Jacket Regulation:

  • All children under the age 13 are required to wear a life vest when underway
